CMS PRODUCTS:

1.Cash Management Services (CMS)

CMS is a value added product for Corporate Customers of Bank who are receiving their collections from Multiple locations. Funds are collected at different locations, by different modes viz. cash/ cheques/other instruments, through different PNB designated Branches across the country and Pooled in a single Nodal account of the corporate. A customized and enriched MIS is also provided to the customer through e-mail or through on-line portal. Day Arrangement based pooling is also provided to corporates. The product is particularly relevant for big corporate etc having vast dealership/branch network spread across country from where they receive regular collections.

Auto Debit Mandate (ADM)

ADM (Auto Debit Mandate- Direct Debit): is a facility under CMS for all corporate customers/organizations/NBFC to collect their funds/instalments/premiums on regular basis from their regular clients/vendors/subscribers who are having account with PNB. A customized and enriched MIS is also provided to the customer through e-mail.

Funds Collection Module (FCM)

FCM is the functionality customized in finacle to offer facility of fee/funds collection through cash, transfer, DD and clearing at all PNB branches. The facility may be utilized by educational institutes/recruitment boards/companies/ Govt entities/corporates/NBFCs for collection of fund/fee from student/dealers. The remitters may deposit fee along with Fee Challan customized as per client’s requirement. Break-up of total fee paid, under various sub-heads, may also be provided in the form of customized MIS. The MIS may be provided to the institutes through e-mail or can be directly uploaded to institute’s accounting system. Student’s/dealer’s database may also be uploaded to Bank’s system for validation at branches Collection of Fee/funds over the counter can be updated in institute data base on real time basis so that institute may generate MIS at their end.

Integrated Fee Portal (IFP)

PNB Integrated Fee Portal has been developed for online collection of various fees/dues from students/dealers of educational institutes/recruitment boards/companies/ Govt entities registered with us. The fee portal link https://www.mypnb.in/payfee allows depositor to make payment of regular fee/dues online using debit card/credit card/Internet Banking of any Bank. System sends MIS reports to respective institutes at pre-defined times, in specified format. The facility is specially designed for the institutes who do not have their own website or who do not want to collect dues through their portal.

e-CMS (Virtual Account)

This product has been designed to provide detailed & customized MIS for collections made through inward NEFT/RTGS via Virtual Code in institutes/corporates accounts. Every student/dealer/remitter is assigned a unique virtual account for making payment through NEFT/RTGS in institute’s/corporate’s account from any bank. Client gets real-time email alerts and MIS reports as per their requirement.
