DIGITAL AGRICULTURE LOAN PRODUCTS
1. KCC DIGITAL RENEWAL:
KCC accounts of customers can be renewed digitally at the convenience of the customer and without any visit to Bank.
Eligibility Criteria for KCC Digital Renewal:

KCC accounts already expired or due for expiry in next 3 months.

KCC account Sanction Limit should be = Rs. 1.60 lacs.

Borrower should have made timely repayment of KCC account.

There should not be any irregularity or overdue balance in the KCC account.

There should not be presence of any default in the CIBIL of customer.
How to do Digital Renewal:

Through SMS/Missed Call/Outbound Interactive Voice Response (OIVR) –
Send SMS “Y” to 5607040 through registered mobile number or give missed call on 9266921350 or press “1” as response to OIVR call. KCC Account will get renewed instantly (if the account is eligible as per Bank’s eligibility criteria)

Through digital channels i.e., PNB Corporate Website, PNB ONE App, PNB Internet Banking –
Visit PNB Corporate Website, PNB ONE App or PNB Internet Banking and click on “KCC Digital Renewal”, enter KCC Account Number, verify through OTP sent to registered mobile number and click “Renew”. KCC Account will get renewed instantly (if the account is eligible as per Bank’s eligibility criteria)
