• All other service charges other than the relaxations given above will be levied as per the Bank’s schedule of Service Charges applicable from time to time.
• For new accounts, Concessions/ Freebies will be available till completion of two consecutive quarters and after completion of two consecutive quarters concessions / freebies will be only allowed if the customer has maintained prescribed average balance for the number of days i.e. date of opening of account to the last day of the completion of all two quarters.
• The locker concession will be given at the time of upgradation/ opening of the account in one of the variants of PNB Elite SF Scheme and shall remain available to customers till the next annual rent of locker is due. If the customer loses his entitlement of freebees then the Locker rent as per applicable rate shall be charged when the same falls due.
• The existing HNI customers of PNB Saving Fund Schemes will be given option to upgrade their account under proper variant of PNB Elite SF Scheme. The customers who have maintained desired QAB/ TRV under different variant of PNB Elite Scheme for two consequent quarters shall be eligible.
• The SMS shall be sent to the eligible customer to visit the branch and give written consent or give consent through IBS/MBS/SMS if they want to change their account scheme to a variant of PNB Elite Saving Fund Scheme.
• Within the PNB Elite Saving Fund Scheme, the variant of the Individual customers account be changed half yearly depending upon QAB/ TRV. However, the Customer shall be informed by SMS about the change in variant of his account. Also, at time of opening of account the customer shall be informed and his acceptance shall be recorded (In physical form & CBS system). The freebies as applicable for a particular variant shall be allowed.
